I, Dr Barb Wally, am licensed to treat patients in the state of North Carolina. The way state licensing works for Telehealth or Online or Virtual Physical Therapy, is the practitioner must be licensed in the state that the patient resides in. And, that practitioner must follow all of the state licensing requirements of the patient’s resident state.
I love the state of North Carolina. Being from the upstate of South Carolina, I frequently visit western North Carolina. I am known to hike many of the trails in Pisgah National Forest, or even to visit the towns in western NC such as Asheville, Hendersonville, Blowing Rock, Boone, and Brevard. That being said, I love the larger cities in North Carolina as well. I love to visit Greensboro, I have been known to fly through, shop, and dine in Charlotte, and visit the coast in the Outer Banks, Topsail, and Carolina Beach.
