About the Telehealth Physical Therapist and Wellness Provider
I am a Physical Therapist who has been practicing since 2010. I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010. I obtained my Orthopedic Clinical Specialty in 2015 and my Sports Clinical Specialty in 2018. My dual board certification is unique – it is actually rare in the US to hold both an orthopedics and sports certification. I also earned a certificate in telehealth through Medbridge in 2023. I hold a certification in dry needling, and I have additional training in Kinesiology Taping. I decided to branch out into telehealth in 2025 in order to serve a wider range of people all over the USA. I am excited to help you!

Telehealth Physical Therapy for Residents of South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Pennsylvania
Telehealth Physical Therapy Visits
Telehealth evaluations are one-on-one and for orthopedics and sports pain and injuries. Sessions are tailored to you with individual analysis and Home Exercise Programs, then Follow-Up visits as needed. I am currently multi-state licensed and dual board certified in orthopedics and sports to treat patients in the United States. I can treat you for 3-4 weeks for physical therapy without a doctor’s order or prescription in the comfort of your home or office! And, if you have a doctor’s order or prescription, I can treat you for however long your plan of care requires. I can also communicate with your referring provider just like with in person care! You get quality, one-on-one physical therapy visits, without the traffic and waiting rooms!
Cash Based Physical Therapy
Boutique telehealth physical therapy in a cash based format (or self-pay) via credit card. No need to wait for care due to insurance authorizations or restrictions. My prices are reasonable and align with many copays and deductibles. Note: I do not accept Medicare and I cannot treat patients who have Medicare at this time for physical therapy. However, since wellness visits are not covered by Medicare, I welcome Medicare beneficiaries for my wellness coaching services (see below)! Also, I can treat anyone with private insurance, and you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement of my services. Anyone without health insurance is also always welcome!
Telehealth Wellness Coaching for all 50 States
Telehealth Wellness Coaching Visits
Wellness coaching visits are different than Physical Therapy visits. Wellness coaching visits are personalized for your lifestyle, goals, exercise, sleep, stress, eating habits, and overall health and wellness. These visits are designed for those who are not already injured, but who are looking for accountability, feeling stronger, moving better, and building healthier habits. These consultations are done from the comfort of your own home or office!
Cash Based Wellness Coaching
Wellness coaching visits are in a cash based format (or self-pay) via credit card. My prices are reasonable, and follow-up visits can be scheduled as needed. You do not need a physician order, and wellness visits are not covered by Medicare. So Medicare beneficiaries are welcome for wellness visits, as long as the visits are not specifically for diagnosing and treating existing injuries!

Fixed shoulder pain in just ONE visit:
“I was dealing with persistent shoulder pain, despite trying a number of approaches on my own. After just one telehealth session with Barbaraโwhich included a thorough movement assessment and detailed photo imaging and analysisโshe quickly identified the root cause of the issue. Her guidance was spot-on, and her treatment plan was both practical and immediately effective. Thanks to her, Iโm now back to weightlifting and able to perform overhead movements completely pain-free. If you’re considering trying a telehealth physical therapy session, don’t hesitateโDr. Barb Wally is the real deal. I guarantee you wonโt be disappointed!” – K.G.
Recovered from a total knee replacement FROM HOME:
“I had a total knee replacement. Not only was I dealing with the rehabilitation of my new knee but heart issues that were causing daily lightheadedness and feeling faint when I stood up. Needless to say, I was exhausted and unable to focus on the rehabilitation of my knee, and not ready for outpatient therapy. I connected with Dr. Barb Wally and she guided me through each exercise, monitoring, explaining, and encouraging me every session. She was a lifesaver when I felt I was drowning. I would highly recommend her services.” – B.S.W
The NEXT LEVEL of physical therapy care:
โBarbara is extremely knowledgeable. I was very pleased with her care. She established the right plan for my specific physical issue. Barbara evaluated how my body responded to different exercises and stretching motions. She took my physical therapy to the next level of care. I would highly recommend her for physical therapy care. I am back to my normal quality of life and physical activity.” – T.G.
