I, Dr Barb Wally, am licensed to treat patients in the state of South Carolina. The way state licensing works for Telehealth or Online or Virtual Physical Therapy, is the practitioner must be licensed in the state that the patient resides in. And, that practitioner must follow all of the state licensing requirements of the patient’s resident state.
